Admission Process

2. 1. Fill in the Registration Form. The form is available at the SPARK Office. You can also download the Registration form here.
   2. Attach the following with the registration form:
      One passport size Photograph.
      Student’s CNIC / Form – B (Photocopy)
      Father’s / Guardian’s CNIC (Photocopy)
      DMC HSSC-I (Photocopy)
      DMC Matric (Photocopy)
   3. Submit the Registration Form along with the attachments and the session fee.
